Had a good time here for a spa weekend with my friends. We were happy to be put in rooms next to each other. The afternoon tea and evening meal was lovely. The massage I received was nice but the therapist had long nails that I found scratchy. The hot tub was only 35° and not at all bubbly, which was disappointing. The room was a great size and the beds were comfy our only problem was with the showers as they were dirty in both rooms and the pressure was not good. Overall we would go back.

The hot tub was set in nice surroundings and was a good temperature. However, didn’t feel like it had been cleaned in a while, nor the water changed very regularly as there was a funky smell. There was no one monitoring the hot tub so could have done with someone giving it a wipe down. The sauna was fine but very pokey.

Mine and my moms spa pamper day there was amazing. We both really enjoyed it and would love to go back again. The afternoon tea was lovely food and tea were delightful. Staff there were really helpful and polite. The spa treatments were the best I've had the girl there which I can't remember her name unfortunately you could tell she really liked her job and was very good it. She was polite and done all the treatments to our liking. Also giving us lots of advice on how to help look after our skin
