Staff were amazing and made it a genuinely enjoyable experience. However they are not trained to do patterns or art on the nails, and the luxury pedicure was using a plastic foot bath you can buy in a supermarket rather than the usual spa foot baths.

The treatments were lovely and lunch was delicious.
Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working, we were offered a complementary return for this.
We found the relaxation room filthy, over flowing bin, dirty kettle, stained curtains, no water in jug, no teabags. We had a pair of slippers and a towel missing and my robe was ripped.
The therapists are lovely. The spa areas just need some care and attention and a clean.
