Chloe gave a great massage and was very knowledgeable about back pain and aches. I came away feeling much better and very relaxed. Will definitely be booking again!

Hot tub is not powerful. All the dials have been removed so cannot alter the massage jets. Even having both jets 1 and 2 on highest setting it’s just like a low bubbling. The only dial you can turn is the z one which doesn’t do much just gives a volcano effect in centre of tub. It also wasn’t that warm as temperature only 35.5-36 and never got hotter. You are unable to change temperature as it’s set. It was disappointing as wasn’t really relaxing as just not enough bubbles and not hot.

The bar opposite reception was very dirty (carpet and upholstery needs a deep clean). The layout of the spa area is very awkward with changing rooms upstairs… blocked shower, half of keys missing from the locks and another half of lockers broken… We got locked out in the freezing garden as the only way into the garden is through fire door exit… the sauna was too small… overall it’s not fit for commercial use!!!
