This hotel is the most friendly hotel we have ever stayed in and we travel all over the world. Absolutely NOTHING is too much trouble and every single staff member went way above their duty and made us feel like family rather than just a customer. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and will tell the world! Maddie, Adam & George were truly top of their game! More top class concierge than “staff”! Can’t wait to come back! How many hotel staff would walk you to your car to ensure you felt safe?!

Manicure
There wasn’t a pool at the venue which downgrades this as a spa in my eyes. The relaxation room was a smallish room with 2 uncomfortable sofa’s. The changing rooms were poor, one small shower and very limited space to change. The “hydrotherapy” tub was dirty and was just a standard hot tub.
The afternoon tea, the girls taking the order gave us the wrong menus, then asked us about dietary requirements and preferences, took note of the pescatarian and no raisin scones request and this was ignored
