The afternoon tea, sauna, treatments and hot tub are great. It is just the service at reception that leaves a lot to be desired. It took FIVE emails to get an email confirmation of the treatments and hot tub. Upon arrival, we were 'greeted' by a miserable receptionist who couldn't even manage a smile. She didn't listen to me, or read the booking correctly, and directed me to the treatment area rather than the bar area for the afternoon tea which was our first activity. She wasn't apologetic.
I found my massage extremely pleasant, Rachel was very good at her job, she was pleasant, and very experienced. She knew exactly what i needed to allow me to be able to walk better. I would definitely recommend her .
