Only one of the jets were working so we had to take turns! Hot tub obviously needs a little tlc as does the area it’s in.

Definitely not value for money. Full swedish massage paid for and only half provided. Rushed facial, manicure and pedicure. Poor levels of cleanliness. Hotel not maintained. Provided lunch was over basic and didn't include tea/coffee as part of package.

The therapist was perfectionist, addressing the needs , asked about the aresa of concern and tapered her treatment accordingly.

Southcrest Manor is a very welcoming place and the girls in the Spa are very pleasant and efficient

Staff were amazing and made it a genuinely enjoyable experience. However they are not trained to do patterns or art on the nails, and the luxury pedicure was using a plastic foot bath you can buy in a supermarket rather than the usual spa foot baths.
