The staff on reception didn’t greet me, they talked between themselves until I eventually asked if I was in the right place, and if I needed to check it.
During the facial I was asked to move several times at the start to suit the therapist, completely disregarding my comfort. I was asked to move again half through. The collagen mask wasn’t put on properly, it was put in my mouth and I had to tell the therapist before she noticed. This also wasn’t the therapist I’d asked for when booking.
