We were given no information when we arrived or at any time during our stay. We spent a lot of our trip going to reception to ask questions. The lights in our room did not all work. When we had dinner at the restaurant we were surprised and upset that the main meals on the menu were are no longer available. The lady serving us didn’t seem to know anything about customer service. The outside pod where we had our morning tea was filthy from the night before. This was a disappointing stay.
My husband and I booked a massage for separate times, but when we went into the treatment room Rachael asked if we would like our massage treatment at the same time which was great, it saved some time enough to go in the hot tub for half an hour before having our afternoon tea
Rachael and Abbie both very talented and professional at there jobs,
Made us feel very welcome and relaxed.
Highly recommend having treatment here again
