The staff there were friendly, especially the health club ladies. Treatments were great and we were able to use the hot tub for longer as it was free most of the time we were there. However, the cleanliness of the whole manor, was awful. There were dead flies and insects everywhere. The staircase looked as if it hadn’t been hoovered for months and months, the furniture was dirty and so the outside area needed a clean too. We were unable to use the showers because they weren’t very clean either.
