About

Louise is a certified Sound Healing practitioner, holding a Diploma from the internationally recognised Sound Healing Academy. She works with crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, frame drum, and crystal bells, weaving together a rich, layered soundscape that meets each client exactly where they are. Her path to sound healing was forged through lived experience. After nearly two decades in the fast-paced world of fashion retail and buying, Louise found herself burnt out, her body and mind depleted by years of relentless pressure. The loss of her sister, alongside ongoing health challenges that affected her daily life, brought her to a crossroads. Sound healing became both her refuge and her reawakening, she now holds space for in others. Louise's approach bridges the scientific and the spiritual. She draws on research into how sound frequencies affect the nervous system, brainwave states, and the body's stress response, while honouring the deeper, more intuitive dimensions of healing that science alone cannot fully explain. The result is a practice that feels both deeply grounded and quietly transformative. Every session is entirely one-to-one and tailored to the clients needs. Whether you are navigating burnout, grief, anxiety, poor sleep, or simply the accumulated weight of modern life, Louise's sessions offer something increasingly rare: the space to truly stop, and be restored.

Bus

Seal House is a 9 minute bus journey from Ealing Broadway, joining the No.65 at

Grange Road Stop A, and alighting at the St Mary’s Church Stop C. Seal House is a

one minute walk from Stop A along Church Lane to Coningsby Road.

Tube/ Train

The Piccadilly Line South Ealing Tube Station is the nearest tube, a 5 minute walk

north on the South Ealing Road, turning left into Church Lane you will see Seal House

on your left.

Ealing Broadway, hosting the District, Central, Elizabeth Line and Rail is a 9 min bus

journey (see above), or a 15 minute walk.
