Sarah was very welcoming and explained what the procedure to put me at ease. Her reflexology and massage techniques felt great as I could feel tensions melting away. Sarah gave great advice for aftercare and discussed how I should take this self care forward. The setting is peaceful and of a very high standard in terms of cleanliness. I recommend this service.

Sarah was lovely and clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about a holistic approach to wellbeing. We started off with an in depth consultation followed by a taster of serval different treatment options. I felt totally at easy with Sarah. I booked the appointment after some issues with gut and seeing Sarah talk about it on instagram. I will be continuing my holistic wellbeing journey with Sarah.
