Usually get this done by another person - this one was rushed. I asked for hard pressure it was actually very soft. Massage finished 5 minutes early for a 30 minute massage and I felt like I wasn’t being listened to when I explain my back issues at the consultation. I love this place and usually it’s amazing I just think this particular new staff member wasn’t that great.
