Hannah was amazing really made me feel at ease as it was my first ever time waxing, she was chatty but not overbearing and really made an anxious person like me feel fine about having such an intimate wax. There was a spot or two she missed which I would've mentioned at the time but was just too nervous to (as it was my 1st time) so will know to do that next time. However, overall really happy with the results and thought it was well worth the money - I will be returning!
