Laura was great and the massage and facial were just what I needed. Laura explained what she was going to do and explained the massage and facial in detail. Laura was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
The experience was okay but not as good as last time, it was more painful than normal and some patches were left undone.
The person who did my manicure was lovely and she did a great job. Lovely clean and well-kept shop.
