The staff were very friendly and made me feel relaxed as soon as I arrived. The receptionist made me a lovely cup of tea while I went to put money in the parking meter, it was great that she asked where I had parked or I might have ended up with a ticket. The therapist was great, the full body massage was very relaxing as was the facial. I would recommend this salon.
Good treatment and I was happy enough with my brows and the facilities.
Only issue is that it was stated to be £12 and I was charged £16 on the day? Not sure where the extra £4 charge came from.
In addition to this I was booked in for a wax and dye, however didn’t end up getting an eyebrow wax as I was told I didn’t need one. So I am very confused as to why I was charged to much on the day? Annoyed I didn’t mention it at the till however I didn’t realise until I got home.
