The place, the welcome, the treatment were all great.
It was a lovely massage and just what I needed.
I have a query re: how my appointment was marketed.
I thought I booked a 1 hour 30 min full body massage - and was offered a free express facial as extra.
So I was surprised to be back outside at 17.15 from a 16.00 start.
I asked and was told that it was a 55 min treatment plus a 25 min treatment but that doesn't really add up to what I thought I had booked.
