Luxury pedicure with foot massage was fantastic, Kimberly was great and really professional. Disappointed though as I was under the impression that pedicure was with gel to arrive and find it was with polish, asked about this and they kindly changed to gel however was not told there would be an £8 extra charge until I was about to walk out the door.
