Booked 8-8.50pm started 8.10 finished 8.40. I wanted to use the toilet she said 'go to the toilet darling you are using your own time'. Treatment was very uncomfortable. Said she had been rude as she felt she didn't connect with me our 'energies clashed' a tassel had fallen off her necklace which indicated a 'bad omen'. Then said the air had been cleared, gave me a hug. I paid for a service, this is not acceptable behaviour its shocking and weird I am surprised no one else has experienced this.
