Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with my nails. I booked a removal and new BIAB set, but experienced repeated heat spikes from the drill. Although the nail tech stopped when this happened, the speed wasn’t reduced so happened on every nail. After removal, I now have splinter bruises and “rings of fire” on my nails, and my natural nails are extremely thin. The shape was also uneven and the French tips weren’t as neat as expected. I’ve had positive experiences here before, but this was disappointing

I did not realise the lash lift was just for the top lash and unfortunately this salon does not do a tint for the lashes or brow ... I have very blond hair so could do with all being tinted to give definition around the eyes.
