1. I chose female therapist- they directed me to male 2. he didn’t ask for patch test or anything else, just straight started to laser 3. the treatment was for my upper lip and lasted 5 SECONDS- he said its done, (I’ve got laser before, normally it takes around 5 mins). And still charged me the full fee 4. after he finished, he asked me whether i shaved, when i said no he lectured me for 20 mins offensively on how i should be shaving my upper lip
