I had the most amazing facial from a lovely therapist called Bianca. She was great from the beginning. I had a full consultation where she went through all of my concerns. My treatment was so relaxing and my skin looks amazing after. Bianca then took the time to go through a home care routine of products she really believed would help my skin.. and they have!!!The new manager Casey can not do enough to ensure your comfort her customer service is impeccable. I have never felt so welcome in a beauty salon. I can't thank you enough.
Went for a normal pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was great! The gel manicure went terribly wrong and I ended up being in the salon for 3 hours as the gel would not dry on my nails. However, the two staff dealt with the problem very well and tried incredibly hard to fix it. Unfortunately, it didn't quite out perfectly in the end and I ended up having normal OPI polish applied. I was given the OPI bottle of nail varnish to keep applying to make up for the problem and the treatment, was of course free of charge. The staff also offered me to return to the salon after I got back from holiday to have a complimentary gel manicure. I did return, and the second time round was perfect! Lovely salon and lovely staff!

Samantha gave me a very relaxing back and shoulder massage. She is skilled and accommodating. The salon is box fresh and pristine. The other staff were also friendly. I would definitely return, and consider other treatments, though since it's Temple Fortune, it's not the cheapest.
