Unfortunately, Sorbet appear to use cheap wax which doesn’t remove hair properly - it seemed more effective at sticking to the therapist’s gloves. Also, the lighting in the room wasn’t great which means the therapist missed quite a lot of hair. I’ll have to see if I can remove it myself. Not great.

Treatment was for threading and tinting and very pleased with the result. Initial visit, staff in shop floor weren’t particularly warm / welcoming. But returning this time was a different experience - my therapist was lovely and helpful, too

I went to a more expensive salon as I’m scared of having my bikini wax done however the job was poor and have found hair that I’ve now had to wax. Higher price doesn’t necessarily mean better
