Disappointed that they weren’t even open for my appointment

Had a Hollywood wax and was very pleased with the results. Sophie made sure to get rid of every hair and tweezed even some of the small ones. It was the first time having a strip wax for my Hollywood instead of a hot wax and I think I prefer the strip wax. Definitely quicker and more efficient. Overall be try pleased with my wax

Sophie was lovely, very friendly and did an amazing job that I’m very happy with. She offered advice on other treatments I was interested in too and you can tell she has plenty of experience in the industry. Will 100% go back to her.
The only thing that would have made it better was the option to book a soak off through Treatwell too as that option isn’t available currently, but Sophie was great and sorted that out for me when I was there.
