Sophia is so kind, and she carefully listens & does exactly what I'm asking for-- she makes sure I'm pleased with the outcome of my treatment.
And her shop has just been redecorated so nicely.

Peow is absolutely exceptionally skilled as a nail technician. She applied my BIAB nails exactly as I like them and they look great. She also managed to do a great job on my rather ugly toenails and made them look presentable so that I will be happy to wear sandals on holiday.
Also while I was there I asked Sophie if she could do anything with my unruly eyebrows and I was delighted with the way she shaped them and tidied them up.
Sophie and Peow are both delightful.
