She is very professional and explains to you the HD brows process from start to finish. The salon is very close to where I work and I was delighted with this.
I think the facial has really helped. Soomedha has a lot of experience and is very happy to share tips and suggestions. I hope to go back and see more results. Highly recommend Soomedha and Dr. Murad facials!

I rated the facial 4 stars as it was really good , but not perfect. The therapist ran over time with her pervious client, so there was a slight delay in starting, she then rushed the treatment because she had another booking straight after me, and did not wait to start late. As a result, I had a 45min facial instead of 1hr I paid for. What was annoying was that the next appointment had not arrived on time and the therapist was hanging around at reception, after my treatment waiting for the next arrival.

The staff were very friendly, although there was some confusion over booking. The waxing treatment was very quick and I would definitely return.
