I got the eyelashes done on 16th December and they have all fallen of a week later. The process of getting them done was really relaxing and Ana was professional but eyelash extension doesn’t last long.
1. The lash tech was late
2. I noticed she didn’t wash her hands and smelt smoke on her hands
3. In her space she had lashes left from previous appointments and a dried up wax guessing from previous appointments too
4. Was rushing around and still on her phone while attending to me she could of apologised and said give me 5 mins to set up while seating me down
5. I noticed she didn’t clean my lashes properly and guessing didn’t prep correctly
6. The lashes weren’t done properly
