Absolutely Amazing! Iulia has such a welcoming personality, first of all, very pleasant demeanor. The treatment was perfect. I usually use strip wax for my Hollywood so this was my first time using hard/hot wax. I thought it would be so much more painful than it actually was. Even when it sting a little, she was so careful and patient with me! This was an absolutely amazing treatment and I can't wait to need another wax just so that I can visit her again. 7.5 stars out of 5!
