I’ve visited this hairdresser three times. The first visit was great, but the second time the colour wasn’t what I asked for. Sadly, the third visit has completely put me off returning. I was in the salon nearly four hours while the stylist worked on other clients, leaving me waiting. The service felt rushed, the cut wasn’t done properly, and I was shocked to be charged £172 — far more than stated on the app. Overall, poor service and overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend based on my last visit.

Always a warm welcome with a smile. Listens to what you have to say and discusses what you want from todays visit.
Checks throughout visit that you are happy with what is being done. Another satisfied visit and booked again for next time.

My cut/color looks fantastic, and I’ve received so many compliments already. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about their clients. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!
