There therapist had 4 customers at once and was the only therapist for the first 20 minutes of waiting. My appointment started later than scheduled. While the therapist was nice, the facial felt rushed and haphazard.

The beautician was nice and delivered a great wax job. The room though was very dirty and I was asked to lie down on dirty towels. The sticks for the wax are being reused for multiple clients, and after the stick applies the wax to the bikini area it is re- dipped into the wax. This is very unhygienic and off putting.
