From reviews, I was expecting great staff and service. The receptionist was on the phone when I arrived a few minutes early and didn't look up so I sat down. They mentioned my treatment (Hollywood wax) loudly in front of the other ladies receiving treatment which I don't think is particularly professional and no-one apologised for the 5 min delay in seeing me - and neither were any drinks or magazines offered. The treatment itself is never that pleasant, but this was particularity painful and no attempts were made to make me feel more comfortable. Wouldn't go back.

Overall experience was lovely, however the manicure did not even survive a day and the paint flaked off under 24 hours after having it done. Pedicure still going strong.

Shahnaz Hussein Facial was a treat.
It was an hour long and absolutely relaxing thanks to the neck and decolletage massage.
Sonia was brilliant and I felt refreshed !

Experience was okay. Had my eyebrows threaded and they were done well. Had a full leg wax and this was a different story. The staff member did by say one word to me the entire time plus I have big bruises on my upper thigh from this waxing. I am three days into my holiday and am walking around with 3 big bruises all purple and blue. Not impressed at the waxing service at all!
