Not good - no welcome - no conversation - hair wash was OK - but once home realised that my hair was shorter on one side and the stylist even missed a bit at the back. Staff were to occupied talking to each other in Asian - wasn't even offered a drink - would not go back or recommend.

Straight forward and quick! I went 30 minutes earlier than my appointment, hoping to be seen earlier and it was no problem at all for the lady in the salon. Excellent customer service!
