I asked for my hair to be trimmed shorter, with some layers at the front. The layers did not match each other, and a section of my hair was visibly cut much shorter than the rest - apparently it was "a slip of the scissors, and even professionals make mistakes". I left in tears, and have gone to another hairdressers to try and fix this.

It was my first time in the salon and I was very happy with everything. Sonia was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during waxing, and explained each and every step. The girl (sorry don't know her name) who was doing my eyebrows was very friendly and efficient too, gave me some great advice. Very happy with the results. Thank you.
