Quickest wax I've ever had, which is exactly what you want for such a sensitive area.. Lovely staff, made me feel really at ease and comfortable and really good job.. The wax also smelt lovely which is a bonus!

I asked for my hair to be trimmed shorter, with some layers at the front. The layers did not match each other, and a section of my hair was visibly cut much shorter than the rest - apparently it was "a slip of the scissors, and even professionals make mistakes". I left in tears, and have gone to another hairdressers to try and fix this.
