staff was nice enough, nothing special just average only thing is eyebrows do grow out quicker than if i go to other places so i agree their not always done properly but it depends who you've got doing them
everything is just okay, nothing amazing just standard to be honest but good if you quickly need your eyebrows done like i did, i think it would be nice with some background music too

eyebrow threading was good, nice staff who made sure i was comfortable and enjoyed my time whilst i was there

I've had much better and I've had much worse. Everything was adequate. Probably wouldn't go back myself, but if you need an manicure and you're passing, it's not bad.

my eyebrows aren't being done properly? their not actually threaded very good therefore I'm not very happy with this i hope it improves
