The manager was not welcoming but the staff was really friendly! Despite rushing the appointment, I've been there for nearly 1 hour and refreshments were not even offered. I wouldn't recommend this place as it's unprofessional.

After they ran late for my appointment, I couldn't even get to the beautitians chair due to her small child running around it . when in the chair the, wax went on my eyebrows and the child , playing with my chair , pressed the button and the back if my chair abruptly shot back..not once but twice ! after this the child was screaming for a minute or so and the beautition took the child away and another lady had to finish my eyebrows ! she then tried to charge me when I had already paid via this site ! worst eyebrow was experience ever ! won't be back !

Lovely, friendly service. They were running a little late and made the effort to inform me of this. I had a wax and during the treatment the lady would ask me to check to make sure I was happy. I'd recommend here
