Awful experience awful place. Dirty and cramped. Rubbish manicure using old nail varnish. The lotions they used left my hands dry too.
I could do a better job of putting nail varnish on when I was 8 years old. Couldn't wait to get home and take it off. An hour of my time wasted.
only giving one star because I have to. the sink they made me wash my hands in was dirty with hair. Just don't go in.

The leg waxing was OK but, unfortunately, part of my eyebrow was missing after it was over-threaded by an inexperienced employee. This person was not the person that I requested, when I booked my appointment via Treatwell.

The lady who did my waxing was lovely and clearly very experienced. However I was charged for Lycon bikini wax but I was just treated with normal strip wax. That was extremely disappointing. Also the wax was so hot I have burnt marks on my bikini line and legs. It’s a real shame as the lady seemed really good. It would be good if the salon showed more care to make sure was temperature is ok and that they don’t advertise (and charge for) Lycon when it I s clearly not available.
