The waxing room was unhygienic, equipment was old & customer service was poor. The waxer did not sanitise my private area and get rid of the moisture before they started waxing. I was wearing jeans so of course I was a bit sweaty. She also missed out a lot of hair and I had to ask her multiple times to take the hair out. When I asked, she claimed she couldn’t see it so I used my iPhone light to show point out the missed areas. Wouldn’t recommend, not worth the price!

It was empty when I arrived but then two other women came in and a man so it felt a little crowded for such a small venue. Was a really quick treatment though so that was a bonus
