I was very disappointed with my experience. The room was dirty and uncomfortably cold, and they were using an industrial infrared lamp as a heater, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. There was no music or ambiance to create a relaxing atmosphere, and no consultation was provided beforehand. Overall, the entire visit felt poorly managed and far below the standard I expected.
