I had a good experience. The lady who attended to me was quick, thorough and knew what she was doing. No complaints at all about that. However, there was a 30 minute delay for my turn. I don't think they follow appointments by time as there were around 6-8 people before me waiting for theirs and me arriving sharp at my appointment time didn't make any sense at all.
