I booked a treatment online but when I arrived I was met by an older woman who asked me what I wanted in a rather abrupt way. I explained who I was and why I was there. She / they clearly hadn't seen the online booking and there was some confusion re: who was doing what. I actually felt very unwelcome and considered walking out. There were other things too that I wasn't happy with re: the actual facial, and I'm fairly easy to please. Basically, I won't be going back!
