Not had issues in the past here. Don’t book waxing early on because you’ll be waiting hours. I asked for very few long layers instead I’ve got too many short layers and they’re uneven my hair looks disgusting. The lady cutting my hair (not Sonia) was correct in saying I have split ends but not 4/5 inches worth like she said. At the end I had another client make me uncomfortable saying I needed the chop when I was clearly uncomfortable and upset. The ladies are nice but it’s a horrible cut.
