The pedicure itself was v. good; Sepi took great care over it. What marred the experience was having specifically booked an appt that morning for 5.15pm (they accepted)- ~ 2.30 they emailed changing it to 4.15. Luckily I saw it but had to change plans at great inconvenience- esp. as it couldn’t be rescheduled online & if I had cancelled I wouldn’t have got a refund. When I got there, they said they’d decided to change it because someone else cancelled their 4.15 and didn’t even apologise.
