Didn't help with any back pain I had, but would rate it as a 'nice' massage. Perfect for those that don't like a deep painful massage that alleviates knots - which is what I wanted it to be.
But masseuse was a lovely guy.

Really knowledgeable friendly staff, excellent treatment. If I wasn't moving I would come regularly, this was my second time.

I booked a lymphatic drainage massage but the therapist was off and I end up have a deep tissue massage (as I was given the option to change the day or to change the type of massage I would have). It was a fantastic massage and I looking forward to going back again for another one.
