My back went into spasm on Saturday afternoon and I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to see a therapist until the start of the week. Fortunately, I was able to book a massage on Sunday morning. Straight away the therapist knew what I needed and worked on the area which was causing me a lot of discomfort. In short I left feeling much better. There are some therapy rooms in the area who do not treat the patients injury and waste your money, not here, they really know how to alleviate the problem. Excellent.

So glad that I have managed to stabilise my health throughout 2018 with the help of Soma. I shall of course continue my weekly visits in 2019 simply because it is the only tangible treatment that benefits me each week. I would not dream of going elsewhere although it means an hour’s journey each way. Worth it!

I've gone to Soma twice and had two different therapists, both were wonderful. I'll definitely be going back again. I did, however, have to wait 30 minutes to be seen, and only got an email update that my booking had been pushed back by half an hour after my massage had already started.
