Absolutely fantastic experience, I'd wanted to reset my body and mind for a while and had put off for ages. I arrived blocked and stressed and left feeling open and lighter. The team was incredible in terms of the treatments, but also as people who focused on my specific requirements and not just getting following a genric full body massage technique. I'll be back again soon as the journey to recovery has only started.
