Last minute, my appointment was switched from lymphatic drainage to deep tissue. I was given a complimentary lymphatic drainage for the hassle which I will reschedule. The deep tissue was quite painful, and as a runner, it affected my ability to run for the next few days. I was told it would be similar to the lymphatic drainage but wasn't. Overall, I would be really clear on which treatment you want.
