Normally leave 5 stars but on this occasion quite disappointing. The therapist was changed last minute which I wasn’t informed of and I went specifically for a particular area which was clearly mentioned at the start and throughout - I don’t feel this was given enough tome spent on it and will now need to return to sort it out. Even though the venue is good value for London-it is still a cost and something you can’t keep paying for just to get the problem fixed.
