My back and shoulders were so tight Renata recommended cupping - which I'd never had before but I'm so glad I did! In combination with the actual hands on massage, it's the perfect solution for the super hard to get out knots that form after a while. Considering the treatment was only 45 minutes the difference was miraculous!
