The experience overall super nice, the atmosphere there is very pleasant and relaxing. I had a sports massage which was nice, as the therapist worked really hard on where we’d discussed that I had more built up tension in. And after I left I felt great and was happy. But a couple of hours later my right shoulder was feeling more tight, tense and quite painful, in comparison with before and I think that side might’ve not been finished off properly and by working into it, it might’ve damaged it.
