Kasia was friendly & professional, attentive to my needs and adjusted as I requested. She gave me good tips for moving forward. The only thing, being the first customer of the day, the room was pretty chilly despite the heater being on.

Renata was excellent in individualising my massage to suit my needs, she was considerate, kind, friendly & knowledgeable. I will definitely return as she recommended. The other staff present when I arrived were equally friendly and welcoming.
