Natalie was great, and the massage was great! I’ve been coming here quite often and love it but my experience this time wasn’t that great because of music and conversations being very audible from the neighbors. It really dampened the atmosphere and made it difficult to relax due to pop music begin played from the neighbors and being very audible in the room we were in. It was a sensory over load which makes it difficult to get fully focused to the massage.

Natalie was absolutely brilliant. Best massage I’ve ever had! She asked me lots of questions before the massage to get a good idea of what I needed. I feel totally relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I will definitely be back as soon as possible!
