Practitioner didn’t introduce herself at start and spoke with arms crossed
She had good input on muscle ache prevention and skilled at deep sports massage with heavy pressure
Upon arrival receptionist wasn’t smiling and was hanging out outside
It’s a casual setting
Could be elevated a bit to make it a bit more polished and professional experience
